Delete your Sora account

You can delete your account in Sora, or request deletion without having the app installed.

In the app

1. Open Sora and go to your account.
2. Choose Delete account.
3. Read the confirmation and confirm deletion.

Without the app

Email hello@nightcoders.id with the subject “Sora account deletion”, preferably from the email linked to your Sora account. Tell us that you want your Sora account and cloud ride data deleted. We may need to verify account ownership before carrying out the request. Never send a password or sign-in token.

What is deleted?

Deletion removes your Sora account, linked sign-in identities, active sessions, and backed-up rides from our active database. Ride records stored locally on your phone remain there. To remove them, clear Sora's app data or uninstall the app. Images you saved or shared must be removed separately.

Apple and Google manage their own transaction records. Deleting your Sora account does not delete those records or request a refund. For more detail, read our privacy policy.
